How to become a STEM Ambassador.

To register as a STEM Ambassador the following steps must be taken:

Contact Wilma - wilma@stemcumbria.co.uk or Dani dani@stemcumbria.co.uk at STEM Cumbria Ltd to advise that you are going to register or inform your company contact who should then inform Wilma or Dani.

Log on to https://db.stemnet.org.uk and click on the green box 'Interested in becoming a STEM Ambassador? on the left hand side of the page

Volunteers complete application form on-line and press submit.

Please could we ask that ALL volunteers tick the box regarding the STEMNetworking this enables others to see what you are doing as an Ambassador on the website?  Could you also upload a photograph on this page for your STEM Ambassador ID badge.

STEM Learning will send email notification to your email address informing of next stages.

STEM Cumbria Ltd will send welcoming email to your email address informing you of how to complete the Online DBS Disclosure form.

Agree STEM Ambassador Induction date with STEM Cumbria Ltd.

Take part in Induction and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) process which is now completed On Line which saves time at the Induction session.
